My computer can't find my phone
Keep both on the same Wi-Fi and, on Windows, allow YOURIO Receiver on private networks when asked. If your Wi-Fi blocks devices from seeing each other (common at offices and schools), YOURIO connects through its encrypted relay automatically.
Mac: the talk key doesn't do anything
Allow YOURIO Receiver in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Accessibility, then quit and reopen it.
Magic Enhanced, Edit or Ask Memory isn't working
These features need an AI provider. In YOURIO, go to AI › AI Profiles, add your API key and choose a model. YOURIO checks the key when you connect.
How do I delete my Memory?
Delete single records from the Timeline, or use “Delete all memories” in Settings. You can also turn Memory off. Uninstalling the app removes everything, because nothing is stored anywhere else.
Speech recognition says my language isn't downloaded
YOURIO recognizes speech on your device, so the language needs to be installed once. Open the Speak tab and tap Download next to the language.
